1. Create a Free Account

You’ll need a Toy Store Trader account to bid or buy.  Registration is 100% free, requires basic information, and includes e-mail verification to keep the Marketplace safe and trusted.

2. Do Your Due Diligence

All listings on Toy Store Trader come directly from individual sellers, so details such as condition, descriptions, photos, and shipping options may vary. Buyers and bidders are encouraged to carefully review each listing, compare details, and ask questions before purchasing or bidding to ensure a smooth, confident, and informed marketplace experience.

3. Review Images & Descriptions

Take the time to carefully review all photos and read the full description of each toy listing. If anything is unclear, contact the seller before bidding, buying, or submitting an offer. Helpful questions to ask include:

• Do the photos accurately represent the toy and its condition?

• Are the images of the exact item being sold?

• Is there any wear, damage, missing pieces, box imperfections, or details not fully visible in the photos?

Doing this helps ensure you bid or buy with confidence and complete clarity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

6. Buying and Bidding on Toy Store Trader is Simple and Secure

Fixed Price Listings

• Selling Format – Buyers click Buy Now to make an immediate purchase.

• Listing Duration – Until sold out or closed by the seller.

• Optional: Make an Offer – Buyers may submit offers independently of the current purchase price.
  
  

Auction Listings

• Selling Format – Buyers place bids on auction listings, and the highest bidder at the close of the auction wins.

• Auction Duration – 1-day or 7-day auction timeframe.

• Optional: Make an Offer – Buyers may submit offers independently of the current bid price.

• Optional: Buy Now – Buyers can skip bidding and purchase immediately at the listed Buy Now price.

The winning buyer or bidder will incur a small Buyers Premium (see tiers link below).

Buyers Premium Refund Policy – The Buyers Premium is fully refundable if the seller does not fulfill the sale — for example, if the item is not shipped, lost in transit, or not delivered as described, and the issue cannot be resolved by our Marketplace support team. If an issue comes up, please contact us.

7. Finalizing the Sale

Once the Buyers Premium is paid, you’ll be connected directly with the seller. Both buyers and sellers receive each other’s contact information to coordinate final payment, shipping, or local pickup.

The full sale price or winning bid is paid directly to the seller using the payment method(s) they’ve specified. Buyers or winning bidders are expected to complete payment within 24 hours of purchase or auction close.
